Lion’s Mane Buffalo “Chicken” Dip

1 1/2 pounds of shredded Harmony Mushroom Lion’s Mane 

3/4 cup of cayenne pepper sauce (e.g. Frank’s Hot Sauce)

1 cup ranch dressing 

8 oz soften cream cheese 

1 tbsp garlic powder 

1 tbsp paprika 

3/4 cup freshly grated white cheddar 

3/4 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar 

Diced green onions for garnish 

Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Add all the ingredients except 1/4 cup of each shredded cheese to a crock pot, and cook on high heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. 

  2. When dip is bubbling, add the rest of the shredded cheese and let cheese melt for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Turn crock pot to warm and garnish with green onion. Enjoy with tortilla chips and celery!
